United have Real In Their Sights

Manchester United have been named as the second richest club in the world, just behind Spanish Giants Real Madrid. United are expected to overtake Real in the next season or two.
Paul Rawnsley, director of Deloitte's sports business group said this:
"Real Madrid are still at the top after an impressive 20 per cent growth in revenue, but Manchester United closed the gap and have the potential to catch Real up and take that top spot possibly next season or the season thereafter.
"To some extent, that will depend on how they perform relative to Real Madrid in the Champions League."
He added:
"We would expect to see as many as 10 of the top 20 being made up by English Premier League clubs in next year's table."

Most of United's money came from ticket prices which isnt much of a surprise the amount tickets cost these days. I am sure United would love to be at the top next year but it wouldnt bother me if they were still 2nd, just aslong as they start performing then i will be happy
