There is much speculation that if United win the Premier League and Champion's League then the boss (Fergie) will retire. Now i will start off by saying i dont think he will retire for a few more years, he has plenty left to give.
Wigan Chairman Dave Whelan had this to say:
“When United come to choose a new manager, if they go for Steve Bruce you have no chance of standing in their way,” Whelan said in the Daily Star.
“I wouldn’t contemplate doing so if United came for Steve. I would be delighted for him and sorry for the club.
“If Sir Alex wins another European title this year - which I hope he does - he may decide he has had enough.”
Now, many of ex United players have been linked with the job- Steve Bruce, Mark Hughes, Roy Keane. But why not look closer to home? I think that Queiroz should be given the chance to replace Fergie.
Queiroz could also bring us some more fantastic portugese players like Ronaldo and Nani. Yes, i do include Nani as being a good player, he is young and naive but i think he has a lot of potential there.
I would love to see if Bruce and Keane take over bigger clubs (no offence to Wigan and Sunderland), clubs such as Tottenham and Newcastle. See how they cope with extremly high expectations.
What do you think? Who should be the next Manchester United manager?
As long as he doesn't start thinking he is Man Utd manager on Sunday, I see no problem!
PS I've added your RSS feed to www.hatemanutd.co.uk blog site (near the bottom on the right!).
I dont mind if he thinks he is United manager tomorrow, lol
Thanx
