Carlos Tevez has spent quite a lot of the season so far on the bench but when Wayne Rooney was injured, he showed what he can do and now he wants more minutes on the pitch.
This Sunday is the Carling Cup final and I am expecting Tevez to play a part in it, possibly starting upfront alongside Wayne Rooney.

Tevez is a fans favourite and there is a chance that he may not be at Old Trafford next season, even if he does want to stay.

Tevez is quoted as saying:
"The best part of the season is coming up,"
"We’re in the last 16 of the Champions League, we are top of the league and we’re in the Carling Cup final.

"We want to win everything - that’s what the fans are demanding - and we will try to win on all fronts. Let’s hope we can do that.

"Personally, my goal is to play as many minutes on the pitch as I can, and score as often as I can for the team."
