Reports today are suggesting that Man United striker Dimitar Berbatov may be out for three months after needing surgery on his knee. Berbatov is struggling with a ligament problem, which will need to be sorted by surgery.
The slightly better news is that he does not need the surgery straight away. These reports have not been confirmed by Man United or Sir Alex Ferguson but over recent games it does look like all is not right.
If Berbatov does go under the knife sooner rather than later that could be great new for Michael Owen who is hoping to go to the World Cup with England.
