Is SAF in trouble?

After the Reading match on saturday i think every Manchester United fan, player, manager and coach was relieved after Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo's goals. Sir Alex Ferguson has been accused of making a gesture to the Reading fans after Ronaldo's goal, Ferguson has said that he was just relieved.

Ferguson apparently gestured in the direction of the Reading dug-out after Ronaldo's goal, the FA are examining this and also they are looking at another gesture Ferguson apparently made to the Reading fans after Rooney's goal.

Ferguson has replied to this and he has also defended United's decision to fly out to Saudi Arabia days before an important FA Cup match:
"All I was doing was expressing my relief at winning what was one of our hardest matches of the season," said Ferguson. "Reading always make it tough for us.
"We ran so much that we clocked up more kilometres than we have in any game this season."

Reading manager Steve Coppell has also had his say:
"I've known him for many years and he hasn't lost any of his fire and he hasn't mellowed.
"He intimidates more than enough people and you have to respond to intimidation.
"But any argument with Wally Downes would definitely have been a catch-weight contest.
"Alex wasn't very happy about the amount of time the referee added on."

I think a big fuss is being made over nothing!
