Manager's View: "These are special games, which bring something extra out of the players," Spalletti said.
"We are, as always, well prepared with the right sort of calmness to go out and express the right characteristics and the right quality."
Totti's View: "I would never have wanted to miss a match like this," he told Corriere dello Sport. "I'm sure my team-mates will be able to beat Manchester.
"It will be a difficult match, but it will have a length of 180 minutes and I believe I'll be present at Old Trafford. My hope comes from speaking with the coaches and medical staff.
"I'll rest for a couple of days and once the pain ends I could have a training programme that will allow me to try and be available for the second leg."
Mexes' View: "We have grown compared to a year ago," he told the Corriere dello Sport.
"Even with the two matches we played against them this year, we played on a par with them. They understood that the 7-1 a year ago was a freak result.
"Much will depend on the outcome at the Stadio Olimpico. Last year we won the first game at home and if we had not conceded an away goal, things would have been different.
"It is important that we don't concede this time, as well as winning. Manchester United are always a great team, but they haven't changed much from last year."

"The first time we came here we found the first 20 minutes very difficult, the way they pressed the game, and it took us a long time to adjust,"
"Now we are playing them again and hopefully we have overcome those difficulties."
Ferguson's Thought's on the Fans:
"My main concern is the safety of our travelling fans.
"I urge everyone who intends to go to Rome to heed the security advice so everything passes peacefully.
"Hopefully then we can concentrate on a testing but exciting match.
Wayne Rooney's View:
"Roma is going to be a massive game for us and we prepared the right way with the win against Villa,"
"To be at this club, with the football we play, is brilliant. It's something every player would want to be part of."
