Manchester United v Everton Match Preview

This match has been brought forward due to Everton having to play Liverpool next Wednesday in the third Merseyside Derby in a matter of weeks.
Over the past few weeks, Everton have played Liverpool twice and Arsenal once, all matches finished 1-1, that shows that we will have a difficult task tomorrow.

Man United are unbeaten since the 2-1 loss at the Emirates against Arsenal in November, this happens to also be the match that United last conceded in.

Everton haven't lost in the last seven league matches so they will provide stiff competition.

Rio Ferdinand got through the West Brom match unscathed and he should start the match tomorrow. Wes Brown replaced Ferdinand for the last 20 minutes of the West Brom match, he could also make an appearance tomorrow.

Wayne Rooney will not be ready for tomorrow but he should make his return against West Ham a week on Sunday. United are also without Rafael, Anderson, Evans and Welbeck.

The match has also come too soon for defender Patrice Evra and midfielder Luis Nani.

During midweek Tim Cahill hobbled of the pitch for Everton and he is now a major doubt for the game. Fellaini was also injured during that match and he is a doubt.

Everton are without Yakubu, Vaughan and former Man United player Louis Saha.

The toffees do have a bit of good injury news- Nuno Valente could return in defence from a knee injury.
