Manchester United defender Danny Simpson has been on loan at Blackburn Rovers this season and it looks like he is set to return. Simpson went on loan as part of an exchange deal, Simpson went to Blackburn and goalkeeping coach Eric Steele came to United as part of that deal.

Simpson hasn't really played that much for Blackburn but will he really get that many matches at Man United? He could possibly return to United and then go out on loan somewhere else, he is only 22 years old.

What I have seen of Simpson, I have been impressed so it would surprise me if Sir Alex did sell him.

So far this year (not season) Danny has only made one Premier League appearance for Rovers, it wouldn't be a shock if he did return and then go back on loan somewhere else.
