It looks like Real Madrid and Manchester United are going to go head-to-head over a winger, this time Real Madrid are expected to get the signature of the player. Antonio Valencia's agent has told SkySportsNews that Real Madrid have made a bid for the winger.

23 year old Valencia is currently at Wigan but Wigan boss Steve Bruce is resigned to loosing one of his star players. Sir Alex Ferguson has already said recently that Man United won't be doing that much in the transfer market and we are yet to see whether the club wants him or not

"I believe Wigan will sell Antonio for the right offer and they will decide that once they receive that," Diego Herrera (Valencia's agent) told skysports."Real Madrid made an offer last week, but nobody from Wigan has told me of an offer from Manchester United.
"There are a number of interested clubs and I will speak with Wigan about it this week.
"Once the season is over I expect offers to be made and I will sit down with Antonio and decide what offer is in his best interests."

It depends on what the player wants and whether United want him or not. If it comes down to Man United vs Real Madrid, money wise Real will probably win but if the player wants to win trophies, he is more likely to win them with United.
