It looks like Manchester United's first signing of the summer could well be Antonio Valencia, after reports saying that he has jetted into Manchester for a medical.
The Daily Mirror are reporting that Valencia flew in to Manchester last night after Man United and Wigan agreed a £16m deal.
If Valencia does sign at Man United he will be earning around £75,000 a week which is four times more than he got at Wigan.
This is not a done deal and things can always go wrong but many are speculating that Valencia will wear the number 7 shirt. Is he the right person to wear the number 7 shirt?
