Manucho Leaves Old Trafford

HULL V ARSENAL

After making only one appearance for Man United, Manucho has left the club and signed a five-year deal with Real Valladolid.

Manucho had only been at Old Trafford for 18 months. When he first joined, he was loaned out to Panathinaikos in Greece. He was at Hull for the last part of last season.

Manucho made his debut against Middlesbrough in the Carling Cup in September when was brought on late for Ryan Giggs.

He did play once in the Premier League for Man United and that was in November against Stoke, that was also a late substitute appearance when he came on in the 74the minute for Carlos Tevez.

On the 18th December 2008, Manucho scored his first goal for Man United when he headed in Wolff Eikrim's cross and for Man United's reserves against Everton reserves. The match finished 1-1.

Manucho was neveer (in my eyes) going to be a first team regular but he did come to Old Trafford so he must have something special. Good luck to him.
