Man United youngster Rodrigo Possebon will spend a season in Portugal after being loaned out to Braga. Possebon joined Man United in the 2008 January transfer window but he has been unable to break into the first team, hopefully this will give him some experience and minutes on the pitch.

A statement on United's official website said: "Brazilian midfielder Rodrigo Possebon will spend the entire 2009/10 season on loan at Portuguese side Sporting Braga."


Last season Possebon made his Man United debut on the first day of the season against Newcastle. Throughout last season he made a total of eight appearances (three starts and three substitute appearances).
During a Carling Cup match against Middlesbrough, Possebon was badly injured which kept him out for a few months.
