Man United keeper Edwin Van Der Sar will decide whether to retire or not this winter. With the possibility of Man United’s number one being up for grabs, United are keeping an eye on a 21-year old.
Man United were made aware of Sporting Lisbon’s keeper Rui Patricio a few years back by none other than Cristiano Ronaldo. Reports in Portugal’s media suggest that United scout Toninho Cruz has been keeping an eye on the youngster and there is a good chance that United will bid for the player.
It is thought that Man United have been given first option on the player.
