AS Roma v Manchester United

Tonight Man Utd play Roma and both teams dont really have anything to play for. United are the only team left unbeaten in this season's Champion's League and if they beat Roma tonight then they will go into the next stage unbeaten.

Only three players who started in United's 4-1 win over Derby at the weekend travelled to Rome. Rooney is expected to be captain, Carrick and Brown have also travelled.

Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Ronaldo, Giggs, Anderson and Tevez have all been left behind so that they can rest for the big match on Sunday against Liverpool.

United squad: Kuszczak, Heaton, Brown, Eckersley, O'Shea, Pique, Evans, Simpson, Lee, Chester, Cleverley, Hewson, Nani, Eagles, Carrick, Fletcher, Dong, Brandy, Saha, Rooney.
Roma ended Manchester United's 100% Champions League record with a 1-1 draw in Rome which has been over shadowed with the news that 5 Manchester United fans have been stabbed.

Pique gave United a first half lead in the 34th minute but Mancini equalised for Rome but United still top the group. Now we can look forward to the Liverpool match.
