Real Madrid have been trying to tempt Cristiano Ronaldo to Spain for years but they have finally admitted that Ronny isnt going to move to Madrid anytime soon.
Last year Ronaldo signed a new five year contract extension with United which means he will stay with United atleast until but Madrid still thought they could sign him.
It has taken them long enough to realise this.

Madrid's Sporting Director Predrag Mijatovic said this to Radio Marca:
"Of course it would not be bad for us to have a player like Cristiano Ronaldo, but he is at a great club like Manchester United. I see it as an impossible signing".
