Wes Brown is moving into a £4million mansion which is yards away from Rooney and Coleen McCoughlin's mansion which is worth £3.5 million pounds. Owen Hargreaves and his girlfriend are bidding for a £4.25 million mansion which is next to Browns.
Just down the road (500 yards) lives strikers Carlos Tevez

Defender Wes Brown, 28, is about to move into a £4million mansion just yards from the £3.5m mansion which 22-year-old England striker Wayne shares with fiancée Coleen McCoughlin, 21.
And Old Trafford sources revealed midfielder colleague, Owen Hargreaves, 27, and girlfriend Janelle Khouri, 27, are bidding on a £4.25m six-bedroom home currently being built down the lane in well-heeled Prestbury, Cheshire.
Adding even more neighbourly appeal, Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez, 24, has moved into a £3million home just 500 yards away.

A United source told The Sun: "It seems like the whole team is moving to the village.
"Wayne and Coleen have started something here. The estate agents can't believe their luck. Wayne's made up that Wes is moving next door as Coleen's big mates with his wife Leanne."
"Their homes are so close they can enjoy kickabouts in each other's gardens!"
The thing that stands out for me is Brown buying a house, does that mean that he is staying at Old Trafford? I cant see any point buying a house, having to move in and the leave Old Trafford and may'be Manchester in the summer, but im not a footballer?
