Defender Rio Ferdinand has been named as the England captain for the match against France. Capello has said that the captain is going to be rotated and the permanent captain will be named just before the 2010 world cup qualifiers start.
Chelsea captain John Terry is fit but Ferdinand has been chosen which does mean that he will play tomorrow.
