Arsenal striker Adebayor has come out and said that he wouldn't swap any of his Arsenal team-mates for anyonen in the United team, except that isn't quite true is it?
One of his team-mates was replaced this summer by a Manchester United player or has he already forgotten about Mikael Silvestre?
Silvestre is a good player and he wasn't going to get many minutes for Manchester United on the pitch this season so he left which I think is fair enough but I am not sure about the club he went too though.
Speaking to The Sun, Adebayor has said that he wouldn't have ANY Manchester United players in his team, the only thing that, that comment proves is that Arsenal are lucky that he isn't the manager and picking the players.
Another thing that it has shown is that most of the time it is better for players to play football and keep the mind games to the managers because they are so much better at mind games than the players are.
Here is the interview that Adebayor gave to The Sun:
When asked which United players he would like, he replied: “Nobody!
“I don’t think I would like to have any of United’s players in our team — we already have a great team and everyone is playing quite well so we are happy with our squad.”
Adebayor insisted: “If we play our football, we’ve got a chance to win the game.”
The final thing that I am going to say is that I wouldnt swap ANY Manchester United players for Arsenal players, they aren't quite strong enough for my liking and they can't defend throw ins.
