Last night Tottenham Hotspur just scraped through to the Carling Cup Final by Beating Burnley 3-2 with two late goals after extra time, the final results of both matches were Tottenham 4-1 Burnley and Burnley 3-2 Tottenham. Which means that the final result was Burnley 4-6 Tottenham.

In the final two minutes it looked like Man United were going to face Burnley who knocked Chelsea and Arsenal earlier in the competition but two quick late goals from Defoe and Pavlyuchenko.

United will play Spurs on the 1st March, just after the Champion's League match against Inter Milan.
