This morning I came across an article by Stan Collymore on Sir Alex Ferguson with the title:
Stan the man: FERGUSON JUST DOESN'T KNOW WHEN TO SHUT UP.
I read the article and basically what he is saying is that just because Sir Alex is manager of Manchester United it doesn't mean that it entitles him to dictate to the FA about the running of the game. Collymore is on about the rule that The Sun said Sir Alex was trying to use and that is that if two teams give 7 days notice and an FA Cup match finishes in a draw then the teams can go straight into extra time instead of playing a replay.
Now I thought all of this was sorted out because after the FA Cup match Sir Alex came out and said this:
"It was scandalous stuff in The Sun newspaper, scandalous," Sir Alex told MUTV. "I don't know what we do about these people."There was never any question of Manchester United asking to scrap replays. I said that (in my press conference) yesterday. You can’t deny clubs like Southend and Torquay the chance to get some glory for themselves and get some revenue."I’d have taken a replay (against Tottenham), I don’t think there would have been any problem with that. But nonetheless it’s better to get through."
This was after Saturday's match, why has Stan Collymore come out and said this on Monday after Sir Alex said that Manchester United were never going to do that?

I know why. He wants to be in the news! Cheap guy.
Btw, thanks for responding. I'll be adding your link on my blog as per our link-exchange deal!

Hi Ulrik,
I have added your link under newmanutd.com but if you would like me to change the name then just let me no.
Shuggo
Hey Shuggo. Thanks again for the link exchange.
If its not too much trouble, could you just rename the link to "Man Utd Musings" please? And link straight to the main page i.e "www.newmanutd.com" and not the sub-page.
Thanks again.
P.S I hope we win again tonight!
all done :)
