Over the past few days there has been speculation over Nemanja Vidic's future at Old Trafford but today there is some great news. So far this season, Vidic has been United's rock in the defence and has shown that he is a world class player.

Vidic's agent has spoken exclusively to Goal.com and here is what he has had to say:

“No way, this is just some crazy rubbish,” he said.
“I have already spoken with the journalist who wrote the article and explained that there is no truth in this report.
“Vidic loves it in Manchester and will stay put.”

That is brilliant news, there wasn't much doubt (from me) that he was going anywhere.
