Manchester United have six games left in the Premier League, we are three points clear and we do have an extra game in hand over Liverpool. Some supporters believe that the title is ours, but we do have some really difficult games left in which we can drop points.
25th April- Tottenham Hotspur- We may be at home for this game but we have already played Spurs this year. It was in the Carling Cup final and they took us all the way to penalties. Spurs are now after a European spot and they will prove to be tough opposition.
2nd May- Middlesbrough- There is a serious chance that Boro could be relegated this season, they will be at home and they will be looking to take some points off us. Boro aren't expected to get anything so any points they take off us will be a bonus.
10th May- Manchester City- The Manchester derby and the difference could be that we will be playing at Old Trafford. The derby is always a passionate game and anything can happen, sorry to remind you but they did do the double over us last season. But the better news is that Manchester City haven't won an away game since August last year.
13th May- Wigan- Only three days after the City game, we play the game in hand that we have over Liverpool and it is away against Wigan. Wigan are a great team and have impressed me but I don't think that they really have much to play for, they are currently in 11th position in the table, they won't be relegated and I don't think that they will get a European spot but they will still want to get some points out of the match.
16th May- Arsenal- This has to be the stand out match for United in the games left. Arsenal travel to Old Trafford, they drew 4-4 at Anfield on Tuesday and United have struggled against Arsenal in the Premier League over recent seasons. We may only need a point at this stage if we want to win the Premier League title but all three points are a must.
24th May- Hull- Manchester United's final game of the season is away to Hull. Hull are being dragged into the relegation battle but they may be safe by that point. Earlier on in the season we went 4-0 up at Old Trafford the game finished 4-3. I am hoping that the title race will be won by then.
The title is ours to loose but as you can see, we do have some difficult fixtures and I don't think we will win them all but I do think we will win the title.
