Manchester United have wanted to take Douglas Costa on a 20 day trial before deciding whether or not to make an £18 million bid, Gremio have rejected this.
It seems like Man United are seriously interested in signing this young player but if we want him we will have to make a bid for him without having a proper look at him.
"We have said to them [Manchester United] that this will not happen," Gremio president Duda Kroeff is quoted as saying by Sky Sports."Douglas is not at the stage where he would go through such a situation."
