The Independent are reporting that a woman has stabbed her husband after he returned late after watching a match between a Malaysian XI and Manchester United on Saturday.
District police chief Abdul Jalil Hassan has said that the man who was stabbed had promised his wife that he would come back straight away. Her husband returned home six hours late which left her "very angry", the woman stabbed him twice in the chest with a kitchen knife and then took him to hospital
The man is now recovering in hospital and the police are still deciding whether to charge the wife or not. Hopefully he makes a full recovery.
Men, that is a warning not to come home late after a Manchester United match.
