UEFA Champion's League: Group B

Yesterday the UEFA Champion's League group stages draw took place, Man United were drawn along with CSKA Moscow, Wolfsburg and Besiktas. Here is a look at the group.
Manchester United
Man United were last season’s Champion’s League finalists, loosing 2-0 to Barcelona. United have won the Champion’s League three times, the most recent being in 2008.
United have won the UEFA Cup once, in 1991 and the UEFA Super Cup once, also in 1991.
United have played 263 European matches; winning 138, loosing 54 and drawing 71. United have scored 468 goals and let in 251.
CSKA Moscow

PFC CSKA Moskva are an unknown team in the Champion’s League, Man United will have to travel out to Moscow in winter which will mean that it will be extremely cold. It will also mean that Man United will have quite a bit of travelling to do, hopefully we have a home match against one of the lower teams when we get back.
CSKA Moscow have only won one European competition and that was the 2004/05 UEFA Cup.
CSKA have played 84 European matches; winning 35, loosing 29 and drawing 20. CSKA have scored 108 goals and let in 91.
Besiktas
Besiktas JK have never won a European competition. They are also a relatively unknown team in the competition.
Besiktas have played 130 European matches; winning 43, loosing 60 and drawing 27. Besiktas have scored 153 goals and let in 199.
 Wolfsburg

Wolfsburg were named as one of the teams that English teams didn’t want in their groups. Last season they won the German League and they are a very good team. I believe that Wolfsburg will be Man United’s main rivals.
Like Besiktas, they have never won a European competition.
Wolfsburg have played 38 European matches; winning 16, loosing 12 and drawing 10. Wolfsburg have scored 59 goals and let in 49.
