Premier League Preview: Man United vs Aston Villa

ASTON VILLA V WIGAN ATHLETIC
Tomorrow evening Man United take on Aston Villa at Old Trafford in the late kick off. Four key players will return for Man United but there are still injury problems in defence.

Wayne Rooney and Dimitar Berbatov have both recovered from injuries, Nemanja Vidic has recovered from flu. Ryan Giggs is expected to return to the starting line-up after being rested for the Wolfsburg game.

Man United will be without Paul Scholes who has a match suspension still left to serve. United are definitely without Fabio da Silva, Rafael da Silva, Rio Ferdinand, Jonny Evans, Gary Neville, John O’Shea, Owen Hargreaves and Federico Macheda.
Wes Brown and Edwin Van Der Sar are both doubts.

Villa had a whole week to prepare for the game, the good news for Martin O’Neill is that he has no new injury concerns. Villa are without Wilfred Bouma and Curtis Davies. Craig Gardner is doubtful with a back injury.

Aston Villa will be looking to end a 26-year record tomorrow. Aston Villa haven’t won away to Man United in 26-years and tomorrow will be one of their best chances. Man United may have won 3-1 away to Wolfsburg with one fit defender but I am sure players such as Gabriel Agbonlahor and Ashley Young will use their pace to test United.

Predicted Man United starting XI- Tomasz Kuszczak, Darren Fletcher, Nemanja Vidic, Michael Carrick, Patrice Evra, Antonio Valencia, Darron Gibson, Anderson, Ryan Giggs, Wayne Rooney and Dimitar Berbatov.

Predicted fulltime scoreline- Man United 2-1 Aston Villa
