Premier League Preview: Man United vs Wolves

DONCASTER V WOLVES

Tomorrow evening Man United take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Old Trafford, in a bid to go level on points with Chelsea. Man United slipped up at home against Aston Villa on Saturday whilst Chelsea drew against Everton. Chelsea play Portsmouth at Stamford Bridge Wednesday night but we can draw level tomorrow.

Ryan Giggs, who has been crowned BBC Sport Personality Of The Year is likely to be rested after picking up a slight hamstring strain against Aston Villa. United are still without a right-back so Darren Fletcher is expected to start in that position.

Man United are still without Jonny Evans, Fabio da Silva, Rafael da Silva, Rio Ferdinand, Owen Hargreaves, Federico Macheda, Gary Neville, Edwin Van Der Sar and John O’Shea.

Wolves are definitely without Dave Edwards who could be out for 10 weeks after suffering a serious injury during their 1-0 win over Tottenham on Saturday. Wolves are also without Andy Keogh, Michael Kightly, Matt Murray and Ronald Zubar.

After loosing to Villa, Man United have to win. Everton took two points off Chelsea but I don’t think that Portsmouth will be doing the same thing. We also have Arsenal to worry about but I believe that they will slip away as the season progresses.

Man United have already played Wolves this season, the youngsters beat them in the Carling Cup.

Man United team from: Tomasz Kuszczak, Ben Foster, Darren Fletcher, Nemanja Vidic, Wes Brown, Ritchie De Laet, Patrice Evra, Ji-Sung Park, Luis Nani, Antonio Valencia, Gabriel Obertan, Anderson, Michael Carrick, Paul Scholes, Darron Gibson, Ryan Giggs, Wayne Rooney, Dimitar Berbatov, Michael Owen, Danny Welbeck.

Predicted Man United starting XI- Foster, Fletcher, Vidic, Brown, Evra, Park, Anderson, Gibson, Valencia, Owen and Rooney.

Predicted scoreline- Man United 3-1 Wolves
