Three Manchester United fans were taken to hospital in Milan yesterday evening, after the Inter Milan/Manchester United match after being were violently attacked by Inter Milan fans.

It is currently unknown how serious the injuries are, nobody has been arrested yet.

La Gazzetta Dello Sport claims the three United fans suffered minor injuries and they were treated by the emergency services. They were taken to a nearby hospital to have further treatment.

Hopefully they are ok and will be able to travel back as soon as possible.

Reports are also suggesting that Manchester United fans went into the city center trying to cause trouble, I don't know whether this is true or not but when reports such as this surface surrounding British Clubs, the finger is always pointed at us.
