Man United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that he is surprised that he hasn't received any form of congratulations from Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez. Last Saturday Manchester United won the Premier League title but it seems like bitter Benitez won't congratulate United.
It isn't a surprise to me at all, Manchester United and Liverpool are rivals and if Liverpool had won the title, there would be no way on earth that I would have congratulated any Liverpool fans. Saying that, it is about time Fergie and Rafa put their differences behind them, they are the main faces of their respective clubs.
"I was surprised," said Ferguson. "But really, it was a great season for us and I am not that worried about anyone else."
Tomorrow is the final day of the Premier League season, the best team won the league and like professionals say- the table never lies.
