In last year's Champion's League final, Manchester United winger Ji-Sung Park was not named in the starting line-up or on the bench. That almost broke Sir Alex Ferguson's heart but it did break Park's heart.
Ferguson has stated that Park is definitely in his plans to face Barcelona in Rome next Wednesday.
"No one knows until the start [who will be selected]. If I play I will do my best,'' Park said "It was very disappointing [last year] because players want to play in big games like the Champions League final.
"If they do not play it hurts. I think it was the biggest disappointment of my career. Our team wins titles and I am happy because I am in a good team but still it was heartbreaking.
"But after that I believed Manchester United would again reach the final and I worked hard and now I have one more chance and this time it is different to last season.''
Park has played a part in some of Manchester United's most important matches this season and it wouldn't surprise me if he was in the starting line-up. Park may not be one of United's big name players but he will always work his hardest, do his best and that is all you can ask for.
