Who Is Gerrard Supporting In The Final?

Football - West Bromwich Albion v Liverpool Barclays Premier League
As you know Manchester United and Liverpool are massive rivals, Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard was asked who is going to support in the Champion's League final, it looks like he might be siding with Man United (only slightly).

Liverpool were knocked out of this years Champion's League by Chelsea and next Wednesday, football lovers around the world will be watching the Champion's League final between Barcelona and Manchester United.

Gerrard has been talking about the final and he said: "I hope it's a very good game from a neutral point of view. I'll be watching the game and hope there is a lot of entertainment."
When asked if he will be supporting United, Gerrard said:"It's obviously a difficult question. But I've got a lot of good friends who play for Manchester United so I hope they win, although obviously I'm sitting on the fence."

So he hopes Man United win but he didn't want to upset Liverpool fans so he followed that up by saying he is sitting on the fence.
