This weekend will see the biggest Premier League match so far this season when Arsenal take on Manchester United at Old Trafford. Arsene Wenger fears Cesc Fabregas will miss the important trip to Man United.
Fabregas has recently been struggling with hamstring injuries and it looks like this latest one, which he suffered in Arsenal’s 4-1 win over Portsmouth, will keep him out for three weeks.
Arsene Wenger said: “We will know more in the next 48 hours. If it is a strain then he may be short for the Celtic game on Wednesday.
“But if it is a pull then he could miss the Manchester United game and be out for three weeks.”
So, some bad news for Arsenal but some good news for United.
