Man United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has decided to point out to the FA that Wayne Rooney is being used as the only player to speak to the press for England
Sir Alex said: “Every time England go on a trip, who gets on the television? Wayne Rooney. Every blinking time!”
“He must get bored answering the same questions, but that’s because of his sponsors and the FA. They love that kind of thing. But it’s not fair on the same player continually having to go on television and do the Press.”
The Man United gaffer tries his best to protect his players from the press but whilst they are on International duty, there is nothing he can do about it. So what do you do? You point it out to everyone that Rooney is being used by England for the press.
