United's manager (Sir Alex Ferguson) and assistant (Carlos Queiroz) have been charged by the FA with improper conduct.
After the FA Cup defeat to Portsmouth both Fergie and Querioz made some comments to the media which the FA dont like.
Ferguson said that the referee had been on Portsmouth's side and that the referee's cheif Keith Hackett wasnt doing his job properly.

Ferguson and Queiroz now have until April 17 to respond to the charge.
