Cristiano Ronaldo has said that referee Chris Foy was wrong to book him on Sunday. Foy booked Ronaldo for diving after he went down in the penalty area.

To be fair on Chris, my first thoughts were that Ronaldo dived, replays showed that he didn't. Ronaldo has a reputation for diving and that is his own fault, if he didn't dive in the first place then he would probably have been given a penalty and saved the team from extra time and a penalty shootout.

"If you see the replay you will see that their player kicked me in the foot," he told The Manchester Evening News.
"The referee did not make the right decision then and he didn't give me a lot, all match, I don't know why.
"But in every game, the referee's decision has to be respected."

I am not a Ronaldo hater, I am a massive Ronaldo fan but the only thing that I hate about his game is the diving, he has cut it out alot less but he did dive against Blackburn, so ofcourse it will be in the referee's mind.
